The successful candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in property upkeep. Maintenance experience preferred. Approximately 32 hours per week. Weekends are required. Duties Bale tenant cardboard and return dumpsters to designated areas. Sweep the exterior and parking garage (morning & afternoon) and empty trash as needed. Clean and manage outdoor lower-level parking areas. Perform daily interior and exterior property walks to flag cleaning, safety, or maintenance concerns; report findings to the Property Manager. Clean stairwells weekly including ledges, railings, and risers. Exterior building window cleaning. Light maintenance duties including; paint, drywall, door lock repair/install, light fixtures, and some smaller plumbing fixes. Assist the Maintenance Technician as needed. Provide courteous support to tenants and guests. Must be available to work weekends. Experience Experience in custodial and building maintenance is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork. Excellent communication skills.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
