Janitor/Cleaner

Duties Diverse Service Execution:

Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across multiple sectors, including routine commercial building maintenance, non-commercial housing, and deep-cleaning residential spaces.

Property Cleanouts:

Execute heavy-duty "cleanout" jobs for residential properties, efficiently preparing houses for new occupants after a move-out.

Exterior & Waste Management:

Handle outdoor property upkeep, including clearing debris from parking lots and managing large-scale trash removal operations.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all assigned areas meet the rigorous "Elite 2.5" standards for safety, sanitation, and crisp presentation before leaving a job site.

Equipment Care:

Safely operate and maintain professional cleaning tools, industrial vacuums, floor buffers, and chemical supplies, keeping inventory organized.

Teamwork & Safety:

Follow all company safety protocols regarding chemical handling and physical labor, working efficiently alongside team members to meet tight schedules.

Skills Cleaning Expertise:

Proven experience in professional cleaning environments, with a solid understanding of commercial building upkeep and residential turnover/cleanout processes.

Physical Stamina & Efficiency:

Ability to handle physical labor, including heavy lifting during cleanouts, standing for long periods, and maintaining a fast, efficient pace. Attention to
