We are seeking happy, respectful, honest House Cleaners to serve our client families and businesses. House Cleaners who excel at their jobs may advance to management if they're so inclined, but most of our people dream bigger and use this work to help them accomplish those larger goals.

House Cleaners' Duties & Responsibilities:

Travel to client properties Communicate with clients and management team Review cleaning plan for each location Clean pursuant to each property's plan

Cleaning Technicians Requirements:

Eligible to work in the U.S. English language proficiency High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and cell phone Must pass federal and state criminal background checks Reliable and self-motivated Ability to understand verbal and written instructions Ability to lift 35 pounds Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods

Full-Time Salary:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour While you're in training, you get $18/hr. After a few weeks, when it's clear you've got the hang of it, you get raised to $20/hr. As you keep improving on your house cleaning skills, time management and customer service, you keep getting $1/hr raises. And when you're good enough to show other new team members how to do it all, you make $25/hr. Many of our employees are at $25/hr within the first 6 months of their employment. Also, employees get about $100/week in tips directly from our clients (although that varies, and we do not require reporting on that).
