In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform disinfection services in specific healthcare labs and related facilities. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning procedures. Ability to follow protocals for gowning and entering health labs. Follow established protocols for handling hazardous materials and waste disposal. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Mobility and the ability to work in tight spaces is helpful. Familiarity with detailed healthcare cleaning is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality work.
