FULL TIME

cleaner for apartment complex. One location. Day shift only. Common area and apartment cleaning. The position would be responsible for mopping / vacuuming wiping down the common areas, common area bathroom, gym and laundry room. We have over ¼ of a mile of hallways here so it takes a while. Other responsibilities; Deep cleaning of apartments to get ready for next tenant (ie clean underneath furniture and appliances take apart stove and fridge to clean) , steam cleaning furniture and rugs, general cleaning inside and outside, maintaining supplies (ie: if something is low, let us know we will order it) We have all equipment and supplies. We have a team of 6 people and work closely togeather, must be able to work independently, reports to Maintenance Manager. We are looking for someone with experience cleaning houses or hotels and should be able to lift garbage bags from a Toter up into a dumpster (~30 lbs each). We have flexible hours (if you need to make sure your child is on the bus for example), we would like 40 hours per week, but need at least 30 hours, no required overtime. We are a small, flexible company that takes care of those who take care of us. Medical Insurance available.
