May vary based on production and operational needs Position Overview Miller Brother Staffing is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Janitorial Technician for a manufacturing facility in the area. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment throughout both office and industrial areas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and take pride in keeping facilities clean and organized. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and employee shower facilities Clean offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and administrative areas Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces throughout the facility Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas Restock supplies including: Toilet paper Paper towels Hand soap Cleaning products and other facility supplies Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, stairways, and walkways Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply shortages to management Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the facility Support special cleaning projects as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management and organizational skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Good communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to frequently climb stairs and navigate multiple levels Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift Work Environment This position is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and other industrial conditions.
