Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner to ensure our rental units and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for current and future tenants. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Clean vacant apartment units thoroughly Perform move-in and move-out cleanings Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all areas Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and appliances Wipe down walls, baseboards, windows, and fixtures Remove trash and dispose of it properly Clean common areas such as hallways, stairways, and entryways Report maintenance issues or damages to management Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and quality of work Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods Reliable transportation and punctuality required Trustworthy and respectful of tenant property
Work Schedule:
Hours may vary based on property needs and unit turnover Additional Details
