Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal efficiently to promote a tidy environment. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine. Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or contamination. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution. Skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Good communication skills for understanding instructions and reporting issues clearly. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures (nice-to-have). Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning (preferred but not required). Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role.
