PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an Employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The majority of the Employee's work will be repetitive in nature, using arms and hands for grasping and cleaning. Employees will be standing for a minimum of eight and half-hours on cement or tile floors except for breaks and lunch. Must be able to climb and work on ladders. Employee should be in excellent physical condition; able to push / pull racks, machinery, or any other equipment that needs moved to do proper cleaning , averaging around 100 pounds. Have good hand/ eye coordination and motor skills, also 20/20 vision corrected and normal hearing range.

GENERAL DUTIES

Perform any and all other duties that may be assigned by Sanitation Manager or senior management. 1. Use brooms, mops, squeegees to clean floors 2. Use water hoses and pressure washers to clean conveyors, floors and equipment. 3. Clean and sanitize floor drains and grease traps. 4. Empties catch pans under conveyors with the use of a ladder. Discard debris into edible waste container. 5. Uses a ladder to reach and clean overhead areas such as proof box, electric motors , conveyors etc... 6. Washes trays, buckets, portable equipment in wash room with use of water hose and scrub brush. 7. Cleans flour, sugar, dust and batter from mixing equipment, conveyors, motors, overhead piping etc... 8. Comply with all safety rules. 9. Follow all GMP's as outlined in the company handbook. 10.
