Job Description

POWER WASHER POSITION SUMMARY
Earle is seeking a dependable and hardworking Power Washer to support our construction and asphalt operations by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of company equipment, trucks, and job site assets. This position plays an important role in keeping our fleet and equipment operating safely and professionally throughout the season.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Power wash and clean heavy equipment, dump trucks, trailers, paving equipment, and company vehicles Remove dirt, mud, asphalt buildup, grease, and debris from equipment and work areas Maintain cleanliness of shop areas, yards, fueling stations, and designated company properties Safely operate commercial pressure washing equipment and cleaning tools Perform routine upkeep and maintenance on washing equipment and supplies Identify and report visible equipment damage or maintenance concerns Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Assist with general labor and yard duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Previous power washing, labor, automotive, or construction experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining equipment Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
