Responsibilities Operate high-pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, decks, and other surfaces. Prepare work sites by setting up hoses, nozzles, and safety barriers to ensure thorough cleaning and safety compliance. Assess surfaces to determine the appropriate pressure levels and cleaning solutions needed for optimal results without causing damage. Remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, graffiti, and other stubborn stains from various surfaces using environmentally friendly cleaning agents when applicable. Conduct routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure peak performance and longevity. Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear during operations to prevent injuries. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience operating pressure washing or similar cleaning equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies as needed. Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork. Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to outdoor power equipment is a plus.
