Airbnb Luxury Cleaner

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Job description: Scrub Club Denver is looking for dedicated, detail-obsessed, and eco-conscious cleaning professionals to join our growing team of Airbnb turnover experts. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering immaculate results in high-end short-term rentals, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

What We Do:

Our team specializes in preparing Airbnb homes for check-in with a luxury hotel standard, using eco-friendly products and precise attention to detail. We don't just clean—we reset each home to be fresh, spotless, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrive promptly to assigned properties and follow a cleaning checklist. Independently manage turnover cleans once trained—no supervision required.

Perform cleaning tasks including:

Changing bed linens and resetting beds. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms. Cleaning mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces. Laundering towels and linens as needed. Refill and manage cleaning supplies and welcome basket items. Complete tasks on-time and maintain clear communication with the team. Occasionally assist with inspections or special requests as directed.

Qualifications:

Experience in Airbnb, hotel housekeeping, or residential/commercial cleaning preferred. Knowledge of sanitizing standards and floor care techniques. Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (e.g. vacuums, steamers). Strong attention to detail, time management, and accountability. Professionalism in customer-facing environments. Able to work independently and travel between homes (75% travel required). Must be available for morning shifts and weekends.

Work Location:

On-site at various Airbnb properties throughout Denver and surrounding areas. You must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
