Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and resident belongings Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning products and techniques Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing, and buffing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Manage trash removal and recycling processes efficiently while adhering to environmental guidelines Provide friendly customer service by responding promptly to resident requests or concerns related to cleaning or maintenance needs Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe work environment Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong background in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping management Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and commercial cleaning practices Experience with laundry operations and housekeeper responsibilities preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members Knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment operation, and safety procedures required for effective apartment maintenance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in cooking or food preparation is a plus but not required Join us in creating pristine living spaces where residents feel comfortable and cared for!
