Gainesville / Prince William County (mobile, we come to the customer)

Pay:

Commission-based — 40-50% per job. Top techs earn $1,200•2,000+/week

Schedule:

Flexible — full-time preferred, part-time considered•

WHO WE ARE

We're a new mobile automotive services company launching in the Gainesville/NoVA area. We handle premium detailing, ceramic coatings, and window tinting. You focus on doing great work — we handle all the booking, invoicing, marketing, and customer communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Full interior and exterior detailing Paint decontamination and correction Ceramic coating application (Gyeon, CarPro, or similar) Window tinting (experience with 3M, Llumar, or Xpel preferred) Represent the brand professionally at every job

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 2+ years detailing or tint experience ✅ Own or familiar with DA polisher, foam cannon, ceramic application ✅ Clean driving record — you'll drive the company van ✅ Reliable, punctual, takes pride in their work ✅ Tint experience is a BIG plus — higher paying jobs
