What You Will Do:
The Cleaner I supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products, tools, and equipment are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This is an entry-level role focused on executing routine, hands-on tasks with consistency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance. Clean products, tooling, and equipment following established procedures and work instructions Operate cleaning equipment and safely handle chemicals in accordance with guidelines Perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Support daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain production readiness Maintain production logs and documentation as required Contribute to 5S, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time #INDGQO $20.25/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
