This vital role ensures that our environment remains welcoming, hygienic, and well-maintained for staff, visitors, and clients alike. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to daily cleaning tasks. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere, supporting the overall operations of our organization. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning bedroom. Handle various cleaning tools such as , vacuums, mops, and dusters to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Safely handle chemical agents required for cleaning tasks, adhering strictly to safety protocols and material safety data sheets (MSDS). Conduct routine custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, window washing, and floor care to uphold high standards of hygiene. Utilize manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture or equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices. Perform industrial cleaning duties as needed in specialized areas requiring deep sanitation or specialized equipment. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Familiarity with cleaning procedures involving chemical agents and proper handling techniques. Experience operating floor buffers and performing floor care including buffing and polishing. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following safe lifting practices. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is highly desirable.
