Duties and Responsibilities Daily cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, offices, and common areas Trash removal and liner replacement Floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping and maintenance of VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) flooring Cleaning glass surfaces and other high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in the workplace Adhere to cleaning schedules and routines to provide a consistently clean environment Use cleaning solutions and equipment properly to avoid damage or unnecessary wear and tear Assist in the setup, takedown, and cleanup of special events or meetings Maintain stock level of cleaning supplies and reordering as necessary Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a beautiful environment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Knowledge of workplace safety and handling of cleaning chemicals Reliability and consistency in job performance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Punctuality and a strong work ethic Effective communication skills
