Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of garage floors, walls, and surfaces using appropriate floor care and buffing techniques to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restocking supplies throughout the facility. Utilize industrial cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness in high-traffic or heavily soiled areas. Assist with residential painting projects or touch-ups as needed to support facility appearance and upkeep. Support general facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, inspections, and safety checks to uphold operational standards. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and used safely according to company protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related facilities maintenance roles. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and industrial cleaning procedures. Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors. Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy equipment when necessary. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
