Janitorial Cleaner/Supervisor Southern Cleaning Company Inc (SCSI) - 2.0 Fort Benning, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $30,000 - $40,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Spanish Customer service Supervising experience Custodial experience Cleaning Landscaping Full Job Description Janitorial Cleaner/Supervisor Southern Cleaning Services, Inc., an established janitorial company in Alabama, is looking for dependable, motivated, individual with reliable transportation who can perform Supervisor duties, as well as normal janitorial and cleaning duties in various locations. A plus is retired Military or a Retired individual in search of additional income.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicates daily with Account Manager to ensure client expectations are being met as well as obtain any special instructions.
- Works to resolve client complaints and assists with follows up to make sure the situation is corrected in a prompt and timely manner.
- Assists with new hire training and onboarding.
- Will be responsible for all cleaning while on duty.
- Assists with communicating to employees and enforces company rules of conduct and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Reports to Account Manager when supplies are running low.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and lead by example.
- Ability to train and develop others to perform cleaning tasks in areas such as lobbies, break areas, lunch rooms, restrooms, offices, training rooms, hallways and office/building spaces.
Not Limited To:
Vacuuming & Mopping Floors Emptying Trash Cleaning Break Rooms, Restrooms Light dusting in all areas. Running self-propelled scrubber and/or buffer This position is great for: Retired individuals looking for additional income Individuals looking for a supplemental income Work Schedule will be 7 Days of Work per 14 Days.Pay:
