Job Description
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator , you will be the "eyes and ears" of the office, ensuring that shared environments—specifically kitchens, bathrooms, and meeting rooms—are maintained to a high standard of wellbeing. This role blends light facility maintenance with high-touch hospitality to create a frictionless experience for employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities Kitchen & Hospitality Wellbeing Daily Maintenance:
Manage all shared-use kitchens and kitchenettes, including brewing and cleaning coffee stations, loading/unloading dishwashers, and cleaning appliances (microwaves, toasters, fridges)Sanitation:
Deep-clean surfaces such as counters, tables, and ice machine exteriorsInventory & Stocking:
Restock kitchen supplies and empty compost as neededFacility & Meeting Room Readiness Bathroom Care:
Ensure restrooms are well-stocked with paper goods and soap, and maintain clean counters throughout the dayMeeting Room Management:
Clean whiteboards and reset rooms after use to ensure they are "meeting-ready" for the next groupSpecial Function Support:
Execute meeting room setups and resets for special events, including coordinating catering pickups and furniture rearrangementGeneral Office Support Aesthetic Standards:
Perform light mopping or vacuuming in high-traffic common areas when necessary to maintain a professional appearanceTeam Support:
Provide vacation or sick-day coverage for cafe staff Other tasks as assignedQualifications and Skills:
Service Mindset:
A proactive approach to service, anticipating the needs of the office before they become issuesDetail-Oriented:
High standards for cleanliness and organization in shared corporate spacesPhysical Ability:
Must be comfortable with standing for long periods and performing light physical tasks, such as moving chairs or lifting up to 25-40 lbsExperience:

$19-$22/hour Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.Benefits Include:
