In this versatile role, you will provide essential cleaning and custodial support across multiple locations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Your flexibility and attention to detail will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in commercial cleaning, floor care, and general maintenance while supporting various departments as needed. Duties Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation across different facilities. Support custodial tasks in a commercial adapting to the specific needs of each location. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored safely. Flexibly rotate between assigned sites or departments to meet operational needs promptly. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred; experience in commercial cleaning or industrial environments is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with general facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and supply management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
