Phoenix Property Management & Midland Residence is seeking a dependable, hardworking Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall resident experience at our apartment community. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our residents and guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment every day. What You'll Do As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, amenities, grounds, offices, and apartment homes throughout the community.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Clean and maintain leasing offices and administrative areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum common area floors Clean stairwells, hallways, foyers, and elevators Remove trash and debris from common areas Clean and sanitize community restrooms Replenish restroom supplies including paper towels and toilet paper Clean and maintain the fitness center, including wiping down equipment Clean and maintain the business center and community amenities Clean and refresh model apartments Prepare vacant apartment homes for new resident move-ins Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, and other surfaces as assigned Pick up litter and debris throughout the property grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, building entrances, and exterior common areas Empty exterior trash receptacles and ensure outdoor areas remain clean and presentable Conduct daily grounds walks to identify and remove trash and maintain curb appeal Complete daily cleaning checklists and communicate completed work to management Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property appearance issues to management Follow all company policies and safety procedures What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and sense of accountability Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards Positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback and direction Strong organizational and time management skills Professional and respectful communication with residents, visitors, and coworkers
Qualifications Required:
Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the workday Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs regularly Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow daily task assignments and complete work independently
Preferred:
