Job Description
The Town of Batesburg-Leesville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at multiple town-owned facilities. This position is responsible for routine cleaning and periodic deep
- cleaning tasks to ensure safe, sanitary, and welcoming public buildings. This is a 40 hour per week position with a flexible schedule. Work Locations Duties will be performed across eight (8) buildings at four (4) locations: Town Hall (Buildings A & B)

- 660 West Columbia Avenue Depot Park (Depot & Restroom)
- 410 Wilson Street Leesville College Park (Haynes Auditorium, Cafeteria & Restroom)

College Street Job Duties Weekly Tasks:
Clean and sanitize restrooms Clean kitchens, including appliances Empty trash receptacles Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floorsMonthly Tasks:
Clean interior windows and doors Dust blinds and window sills Clean air vents and baseboards Qualifications Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely Must have a valid South Carolina Driver's License and an acceptable driving record Must comply with all safety and sanitation standards Post Office Box 2329- 120 West Church Street
