Commercial Cleaner

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct routine dusting, trash removal, window washing, and surface sanitization to uphold cleanliness standards Operate floor care machinery such as buffers and polishers to maintain shiny, well-kept floors Handle specialized cleaning tasks including carpet extraction, industrial cleaning procedures, and high-touch surface disinfection Assist with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and minor repairs as needed Follow established safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or hazards identified during cleaning routines Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings preferred Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is highly advantageous Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing or electrical repairs is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols in all cleaning activities Join us in creating pristine environments that promote health, safety, and comfort!
