Team Lead Pressure Washing Technician Charleston, SC Full-Time | Salary + Performance Bonuses Apartment Pros Pressure Washing is hiring a full-time Team Lead Pressure Washing Technician to help lead commercial and multi-family pressure washing operations throughout the Charleston area and surrounding markets. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with real experience in commercial pressure washing, equipment operation, crew leadership, and job site management. Our company specializes in apartment communities, parking garages, breezeways, sidewalks, soft washing, roof cleaning, and large-scale exterior cleaning projects. We operate professional commercial equipment including high-GPM trailer rigs, soft wash systems, surface cleaners, hydrant-fill systems, and multi-machine setups. This role has strong long-term growth potential into operations management for the right person.

Compensation Base Salary:

COMMERCIAL
