GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To deliver high-quality custodial services to all Federal contract locations contracted with South Carolina Vocations & Individual Advancement, INC. (SCVIA). To encourage and promote a mutual associate/customer relationship that enhances the profitability of the SCVIA. To represent SCVIA in a professional manner to reflect the values and standards of its mission and goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide general custodial services to all SCVIA's contract locations, such as cleaning carpet, tile, windows, mirrors, fixtures, etc., as scheduled. 1. To perform maintenance of hard surface floors and all carpeted surfaces; to perform cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, stripping and waxing of floors, and cleaning/spot cleaning/vacuuming of carpets. 2. To perform floor care services and general custodial processes in an efficient and cost-effective manner. 3. To perform outside work, such as but not limited to keeping sidewalks clean and picking up trash. 4. To perform general housekeeping, custodial, and janitorial duties as may be scheduled and assigned. 5. To perform all other duties that may be assigned.
