Parking Lot Cleaning Specialist (Non-CDL Sweeper Truck Operator) Local Routes, Steady Hours & Competitive Pay Consistent Year-Round, Full-Time Hours Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Parking Lot Cleaning Specialist to help maintain clean, safe, and professional-looking commercial properties. This position is responsible for operating a company-provided non-CDL sweeper truck, removing debris, maintaining exterior areas, and ensuring assigned properties meet company cleanliness standards. This role combines route driving with hands-on property cleaning and maintenance responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided non-CDL sweeper truck and related cleaning equipment Remove trash, debris, leaves, dirt, and other materials from parking lots and exterior areas Clean sidewalks, curbs, dumpster enclosures, and building entrances Complete assigned service routes and schedules efficiently and on time Perform routine inspections of assigned properties and report maintenance concerns Conduct basic daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report mechanical issues promptly Maintain accurate service logs and communicate effectively with supervisors Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with clients or the public Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexibility to work overnight, early morning, weekend, or varying schedules as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean properties Previous experience in driving, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, or equipment operation is preferred but not required Work Environment Outdoor work environment Exposure to varying weather conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing Operation of commercial sweeping trucks and cleaning equipment Benefits Competitive pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match up to 4% Paid time off Attendance bonuses Company-provided equipment and uniforms Overtime opportunities available Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
