Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks in specialized areas requiring advanced custodial techniques Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and furniture to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting in residential or commercial settings Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or safety hazards promptly Requirements Proven janitorial experience with a strong background in commercial or residential cleaning environments Skilled in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing to enhance surface longevity and appearance Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures for large-scale or specialized areas Experience with custodial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection Ability to perform light maintenance tasks like painting or minor repairs as needed Familiarity with cleaning equipment operation and safety standards Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills This role is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in creating clean, safe environments.
