About the Role We're a growing exterior cleaning company looking for a hardworking, reliable Lead Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. You'll be running your own route as a one-man crew, operating a company vehicle, and delivering high-quality results for our residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on, outdoor role — perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and isn't afraid to get after it. What You'll Be Doing House washing and exterior surface cleaning Soft washing and pressure washing roofs and siding Working on ladders and steep rooftops safely Operating and maintaining company equipment and vehicle Delivering excellent customer service on every job

Seasonal:

Installing and removing Christmas lights on high rooftops during winter months What We Offer $18-$20/hour based on reliability and performance Full-time position — 40 to 50 hours per week Company vehicle provided for all work use Paid training — no experience required, we'll teach you everything Steady, year-round work with seasonal holiday lighting to keep hours up in winter A team that treats you with respect and wants to see you grow Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be comfortable working at heights (ladders, steep roofs — this is a must) Physically capable of outdoor labor in all weather conditions Must be teachable, coachable, and willing to learn Hard working and reliable — we count on you to show up and give it your all Must be able to pass a background check No Experience? No Problem. We provide full paid training. What we can't train is work ethic and attitude — if you bring those, we'll teach you everything else.
