Janitor Beach Janitorial Services LLC North Charleston, SC Job Details Part-time | Contract $300 a month 11 hours ago Qualifications Cleaning and sanitation procedure implementation Route driving Removing debris Attention to detail Restroom cleaning Full Job Description Part-Time Evening Janitorial Route - Rivers Ave (North Charleston) Beach Janitorial Services, LLC is seeking a reliable independent contractor to service two commercial accounts located off Rivers Avenue (29406). These are two separate buildings approximately 5 minutes apart that must both be serviced as part of the route. Schedule Tuesday and Friday evenings only Start anytime after 7:30 PM Work must be completed by 10:00 PM Approximately 40 minutes per location Compensation $150 paid twice per month (5th and 20th) $300 per month total Direct Deposit 1099 Independent Contractor position Responsibilities Empty trash and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms Dust surfaces and touch points Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the facility Follow all client and company cleaning procedures Requirements Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred Dependable transportation required Ability to work independently Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform routine cleaning tasks Attention to detail and commitment to quality All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by the client.
