This role supports shift operations, conducts on-the-ground supervision, resolves immediate service issues, and ensures work areas are left safe, secure, and inspection-ready.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 2 years of custodial lead or shift supervisor experience. Experience in multi-shift, multi-building operations. Ability to train, direct, and motivate frontline cleaning staff. Knowledge of restroom cleaning, floor care, periodic cleaning, and supply replenishment requirements. Professional communication skills and ability to work in secure or access-controlled environments. •This position is contingent upon contract award
