The Detailer's primary responsibilities and accountability include providing an exceptional, successful customer experience by meticulously detailing each vehicle, ensuring every client receives a positive first impression upon delivery. 75% of the time will be spent delivering vehicles, and the remaining 25% will be spent detailing the cars. The detailer pre-washes vehicles before moving them into production and cleans and details all assigned vehicles before final delivery to the customer. The position is also responsible for completing general repair facility cleaning tasks while working in alignment with all team members to achieve the repair facility's KPIs. The Detailer is committed to serving as a dedicated Brand Ambassador for Better Collision at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas. Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, including the emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location. Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary Pre-washes customer vehicles before repairs begin.
