Job Description

Commercial Janitorial Route Cleaner (Surfside Beach & Murrells Inlet) Beach Janitorial Services is currently hiring for a commercial cleaning route consisting of three buildings located in Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet, SC. This position requires servicing all assigned buildings on their scheduled cleaning days. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between locations. Route Schedule Building 1
  • Surfside Beach Monday through Saturday 6 days per week Building 2
  • Murrells Inlet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4 days per week Building 3
  • Murrells Inlet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4 days per week All cleaning is performed during evening hours after 5:30 PM.
Each building takes approximately 40 minutes to complete per visit. Compensation $600 per month Paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor Direct Deposit Payments are issued twice monthly on the 5th and 20th $300 per pay period Responsibilities Clean and maintain commercial offices, common areas, restrooms, and hallways Vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed Maintain a professional appearance and quality standard at all assigned locations Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled service windows Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent cleaning standards Why Work With Us?
