Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct routine janitorial tasks across multiple areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Execute floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to preserve the appearance and safety of flooring surfaces. Carry out custodial responsibilities for a commercial space, ensuring all areas are hygienic and presentable. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and equipment upkeep to ensure operational efficiency. Support industrial cleaning projects by handling specialized cleaning tasks in warehouses or manufacturing environments. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper use of equipment in accordance with safety standards. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting; previous facilities maintenance experience is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies along with adherence to health and safety regulations. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
