Job Description

Must be detailed and punctual
Job Description:
Assist in cleaning 4-6 trailers on a construction site (Duties enclosed but not limited to)
TIMELINE
this job is expected to be a minimum of 1 while the job site is being built.
Principal Duties:
Some areas of the job site may require:
  • Use proper personal protective equipment (hard hat, steel toe work boots, floor length comfortable denim pants (non distressed), fluorescent vest, etc
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct
  • Stock Snacks
  • Deliver packages between trailers
Cleaning:
  • vacuuming, and or sweeping & mopping floors (floors get muddy from construction)
  • Emptying and picking up trash, debris
  • Restroom cleaning
  • Monthly checking windows and vacuuming
  • Wipe down sinks, partitions and stainless steel
Requirements:
  • janitorial experience required
  • follow safety guidelines, understand safety requirements, understand & meet company handbook expectations.
Pay:
$15 -$17 per hour
