Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role is crucial in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors alike. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, three nights a week. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning procedures. Conduct commercial cleaning activities such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Follow established safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation standards. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
