Cleaning Service Technician

Cleaning Technicians will be tasked with cleaning and maintaining client's homes with the use of various eco-friendly chemicals, disinfectants, and cleaning equipment. Dakota View Cleaning Services will provide all supplies, training, checklists and information required to clean every property. Employees work both independently and as a team, depending on the schedule and as necessary. Requirements Applicants must be self-motivated and able to effectively work independently and/or as a member of a team Must have reliable transportation Must be detail oriented and thorough Excellent communication and organizational skills. Would prefer prior cleaning experience, but willing to train the right candidate Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods of time. Key Responsibilities Ensuring that every space is cleaned to a high standard in compliance with operational protocols and attention to detail Maintain, restock and disinfect various equipment, products, and supplies with provided tools and products from central office Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or defective equipment to head technician Summary As a Cleaning Service Technician, you will be essential in providing a luxury experience for each client.
