WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Custodian at ESI, you'll perform essential cleaning and upkeep duties to ensure our facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for associates, visitors, and customers.

WAGE :

$18.00/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clean and maintain interior spaces including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, walls, and entryways Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms Sweep, mop, vacuum, and power scrub floors as needed Restock paper products and fill soap dispensers Empty trash and recycling bins Wash smocks and manage laundry-related tasks Dust furniture, fixtures, countertops, tabletops, chairs, and common surfaces Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment Perform additional custodial duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and take pride in maintaining a clean, orderly environment Knowledge of cleaning products and when and where to use them appropriately Understanding of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners Reliability, attention to detail, and a consistent work ethic

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Walking, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday Ability to lift approximately 15-25 lbs on occasion Frequent movement throughout offices, production areas, restrooms, and common spaces Indoor manufacturing and office environment Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, following all safety procedures WHY ESI At ESI, we believe in growing our people.
