The Public Area Cleaner will collaborate with multiple departments - including Housekeeping, the Front Desk, the Banquet Team, and Maintenance - to complete a variety of tasks that enhance the guest experience and support smooth hotel operations. This position handles both indoor and outdoor tasks and is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things in top condition and enjoys variety in their workday.

Role Summary:

In charge of the overall cleanliness of all public areas assigned to meet brand, hotel, and guest expectations. Proactively assists all other departments to support overall hotel operations and positive guest experiences. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Key Outcomes:

Ensures that all public bathrooms are completely cleaned and sanitized by hotel standards on a daily basis and in between events Cleans and resets the Public Room to ensure placement standards are met. Reports on all deficiencies to Executive Housekeeper Responsible for the upkeep and presentation of public area hallways and stairwells Assists housekeeping as needed and supports all other departments when able Invests in our three core values of the Hegg vision: We Always Find a Way Be Better Every Day We Are Better Together Benefits include:

REQUIREMENTS
