Residential & Commercial Cleaner (Subcontractor)

Job Overview We are seeking experienced and reliable Professional Cleaners (Subcontractors) to provide high-quality cleaning services across residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, and other commercial spaces Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Manage laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by performing cooking-related cleaning tasks when applicable Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards through proper sanitation practices Use janitorial equipment and supplies efficiently to deliver consistent results Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Follow established cleaning protocols for custodial or housekeeping management roles Maintain organized work areas and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and general custodial tasks Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently and effectively Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Experience with housekeeper management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred for mobility between job sites This position provides an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with diverse cleaning skills to deliver outstanding service in various settings.
