Residential and Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our cleaning team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various residential homes and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Clean restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to established standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly Follow specific client instructions for special cleaning requests or sensitive areas Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail during each cleaning session Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Qualifications Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not required Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation to reach various job sites Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service This role is essential in ensuring our clients' spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming.
