Move/Out Cleaner

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential and commercial properties during move-out or move-in processes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Conduct specialized floor care such as carpet cleaning, tile scrubbing, and polishing to restore surfaces to pristine condition Manage sanitation tasks including trash removal, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring overall hygiene standards are met Handle laundry services for linens, towels, or clothing as needed to prepare spaces for new occupants Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment efficiently and safely Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure satisfaction Follow safety protocols and proper janitorial procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and janitorial practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Familiarity with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and disinfectants Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings Basic understanding of safety procedures related to chemical use and equipment handling Embark on a fulfilling career where your efforts directly contribute to seamless moves and satisfied clients.
