Job Description
Join a dedicated team committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across multiple suites and floors. As a Part-Time Team Cleaning Lead, you will play a vital role in both leading and working alongside a small team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and security. This hands-on leadership position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy supporting others, and are passionate about creating positive spaces for all who use the facilities. The team works collaboratively, with each member performing designated tasks to efficiently complete cleaning assignments together. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a team of 1-3 cleaning staff to complete daily cleaning tasks. Open, clean, inspect, and secure each facility area before moving to the next assignment. Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Conduct inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required. Experience with team cleaning is strongly preferred. Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00pm 9:00pm. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and support team members. This is a working lead position; willingness to perform cleaning tasks alongside the team is essential.
