Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties across multiple areas, empty trash receptacle, place trash bags in dumpsters, pick up trash in parking lots, police the rear of shopping center daily. Maintain cleanliness logs and report any safety hazards or facility concerns promptly to management. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive environment for all occupants. Requirements Vehicle is required in order to move between jobs Phone is required to communicate and clock into shifts Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
