Dry Cleaner Presser Northside Cleaners Chattanooga, TN Job Details Part-time $12 - $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish English Dry cleaning Garment construction Load & unload Full Job Description Northside Cleaners is seeking candidates for Dry Cleaning Presser positions. Previous dry cleaning experience is desirable, but not required.
Understand the basics of garment construction. Must be able to load and unload and operate dry cleaning machines and commercial washing machines. Be able to recognize common spots and stains. Previous Experience is a plus but not necessary.
Essential Job Functions:
Operate Pant Unit, Hot Head Press, Utility Press, Suzy, and various puff irons. Understand the Lot System of processing Dry Cleaning. Understand how to properly sort colors.Understand the basics of garment construction. Must be able to load and unload and operate dry cleaning machines and commercial washing machines. Be able to recognize common spots and stains. Previous Experience is a plus but not necessary.
