This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment by performing a variety of custodial and cleaning tasks. As a vital part of our team, you will help maintain high standards of hygiene and facility upkeep, supporting the overall operations of our clients' properties. Duties Able to Drop, Lift, lunch tables during the day Dust mop and spot mop gym floors after lunch Take out lunch trash Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, lobbies, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor scrubbers Maintain cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, window washing, and surface sanitization Conduct industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of machinery or production areas when necessary Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, or reporting larger issues to management Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Use commercial cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to environmental and safety standards Support porter duties by moving furniture or equipment as needed to facilitate thorough cleaning Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning practices is preferred Join us in creating pristine environments that make a positive impression!
