Job Description

Job description: Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring daytime custodians in an industrial setting.

Wage:

$16-$19/hr. (depending on shift) + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment

Shift :

Monday -

Sunday:

7:00a-3:30p, 3:00p-11:30p,11p-7:30a, varying shifts

Responsibilities:

Empty trash containers Clean bathrooms Clean offices Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors Clean floors with hose and/or floor scrubber Utilize lock out/tag out Exterior cleaning to include along building and fence lines in all weather conditions Help keep closets and storage areas organized Performs other janitorial duties as required

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
