Office Cleaner / Custodian / Janitor

We have an immediate opportunity for a part time commercial cleaning technician. It is for the basic cleaning of a small office. This is a job where our employee can work at their own pace. We provide everything needed to do the work.

Schedule:

After hours, 2 days per week, 1 hour per day. Friday cleaning can be done over the weekend.

Pay:

$16/visit (4 hrs, $64 per 2 weeks, $16/hr)

Pay Schedule:

We pay every two weeks on Friday via direct deposit. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing duties. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Summary As a Cleaning Technician, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within your assigned facility.
