We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with others, leading by example, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train new employees to complete tasks within established timeframes Perform regular inspections to ensure quality and efficiency of all cleaning tasks Step in to cover shifts when employees are unavailable Deliver cleaning supplies to various job sites as needed to keep teams fully equipped Operate equipment such as a leaf blower when required Maintain clear communication with team members and management

Qualifications:

High energy with strong attention to detail Prior supervisory or janitorial experience preferred Experience using a leaf blower required Bilingual skills preferred Valid driver's license is required Willingness to travel occasionally (Nashville will serve as home base) Ability to pass a background check Why Join Us?
