What Hero House Cleaning does for you: We handle everything except the cleaning. Our team manages all sales, scheduling, billing, logistics, and customer communication. You show up, do exceptional work, and get paid. It's like having your own back-office staff running your cleaning business — without you having to build or manage any of it. Just clean and collect. What you'll earn: $25-$30 per hour, set by us based on job type Paid weekly, every week 100% of tips go directly to you Mileage reimbursement available for eligible jobs based on distance Strong performers earn $1,400-$2,000+ per week Pay increase eligibility after 6 months — contractors who consistently deliver 5-star results with no negative client feedback become eligible for a rate increase What the work looks like: Primarily residential home cleaning in Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas Some Airbnb/vacation rental and commercial cleaning Most jobs are solo; larger jobs are paired with other contractors You select jobs from what our team offers you based on client date/time preferences Manage your schedule and job details through our mobile booking app What we require: Minimum 2 years of paid, professional residential or commercial cleaning experience (non-negotiable) Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Reliable personal vehicle Smartphone Authorization to work in the US Ability to pass a background check Strong attention to detail and professional attitude with clients What to expect when you join: New contractors go through approximately one week of onboarding covering our systems, policies, and SOPs so you're set up to succeed from day one.
